OSS ... SENSEI YOU WILL FOREVER BE REMEBERED

11/8/08

The Japan Karate Association Of San Diego and the Kanani Family is in mourning following the passing of their beloved Sensei, Hidetaka Nishiyama at the age of 80. Mr. Nishiyama was a world renowned karate master well known for his steadfast dedication to the preservation and protection of the Martial Art of Traditional Karate. He was a mentor, and a huge influence to Sensei Kanani's mental, physical, and spiritual life-style. He was a great man and a great role-model for everyone who knew him. Karate was his life and he gave everything to spread quality traditional karate, right up untill the end. We feel extremely fortunate to have been so close to greatness. Sensei Nishiyama will forever live on in our hearts and we will never forget his example of humility, dignity, and caring that he showed to us. We just want to express how grateful we are at JKA of San Diego to have had the oppurtunity to be apart of him.

You were wonderful,

Thank you Sensei for everything,

We will always love you,

Falah Kanani
